Unknown Ring Hallmark

Does anyone recognize this hallmark? Ring is WW2 vintage

There are several websites that have hallmark references.  Here on this forum there is a thread in the Wing Badges section on hallmarks:

I only recognized the Kinney hallmark as they also made wing badges.
