Just some guesses. With that CM tab on top, it could be Combat Defense Squadron related. SAC renamed its Police Squadrons to CDS in the early 60s. That motto was used by the 351st Security Police Squadron, which replaced the CDS designation in the later 60s. But the patch design was different. So, possible the patch on your jacket was a 351 CDS, and the patch redone but motto kept when they were redesignated the 351 SPS. Not unheard of. The 351 was located at Whiteman AFB, MO. APs/SPs did wear flight jackets at some locations. But again, just guessing.

And here I was thinking it was some kind of Marksmanship patch.
