Uniform of Major Robert "Tully" McKinney

Major Robert "Tully" McKinney. He retired from the service after 23 years with 2 of those in Vietnam. The first service as a platoon leader in the Delta 1968-69 and then with the Signal Corps training SVN soldiers 1970-71. He passed in 2004 at age 66. This uniform grouping was sold last year in a Florida auction last year. I am hoping someone on the forums bought it. I purchased the major's bring back MAS from Vietnam and I would love to put the group back together again.

Captain McKinney worked with my Grandfather as military advisor in 1970-1971. Can you post a better picture of the frame with pictures on it?

It's an Army Dress Blue Uniform. What indicates he was ever in the US Marine Corp?
