M24 Chaffee Posted October 29, 2021 Share #4 Posted October 29, 2021 That’s another rare and historically significant grouping that you have! Michael Dougherty, a Civil War Medal of Honor recipient that lived in a house near me was also an Andersonville and Sultana survivor. He wrote a book on his experience. https://publicdomainreview.org/collection/prison-diary-of-michael-dougherty-1908 Regards, Frank

tdogchristy90 Posted October 30, 2021 Share #7 Posted October 30, 2021 Mark, you fan contact Andersonville to see if they have info or a file on your guy. They have individual files on some of the prisoners of war. Again, great piece.
