Here is my M8 flairgun and a newer style smoke grenade. I have a couple other smokes as well, I just got to get some pics of em.

DM1975,

 

Just a minor point.....the M48 red smoke grenade you pictured is not intended for signaling purposes as most smoke grenades are. These were meant to compliment the M47 CS rubber ball gas grenade for training purposes. This seems to be a fairly common association for tear gas munitions as I'm aware of other CS tactical grenades which have similar red smoke training versions.

Inert M116A1 simulator. I don't know if this counts(as Pyrotechnics) but I have not had time to photograph anymore flares and I hate for this post to go away. I know some of you have others.

WWII US 37mm M-8 Flare Pistol with Rare M-8 Pistol Mount. Marked on the right side of the pistol in a triangle M.S.W.C. / U.S. PROPERTY / PISTOL PYROTECHNIC M8.
The RARE pistol mount is stamped MSWC MOUNT / PYROTECHNIC PISTOL M-1
