Nkomo Posted October 18, 2021 Share #1 Posted October 18, 2021 A Franken-Vest from the collection. The base is an Elevated Urban Operations QRV base, the back is from an El Salvadorian Armed Forces vest, and the water bladder pouch is made by Comandos De Selva (Colombian gear maker). On top of that, the pouches on the front of the vest have been moved up and webbing for ALICE pouches have been sewn to the bottom portion. The sewn on webbing has been seen on Delta/CAG vests, but I think this vest is most likely used by 7th SFG since it has so many Central and South American pieces added to it. I believe the back panel and pouches are from an El Salvadoran Army vest that was modeled on the Israeli Ephod vest, I am going to include a link to a known El Sal set so you can see the similarities. US Special Forces did use the El Sal vest on occasion, so this vest makes sense for it being 7th SFG used.
