Hi,

I would appreciate some help on these items.
Are they all original from wwII period?
is there any red flags?
Looks ok to me, but i’m not sure.
Regards

Fabio

Thanks… The headset really looks odd.
I’ve never seen any period pictures of pilots using that kind of equipment.
I was interested because the Helmet belonged to the Brazilian 1st Fighter Squadron Group and the oxygen mask which is in great shape, with no cracks or damages.

If you can ID it positively to his that would be cool. They flew out of Italy IIRC. A very good friend was stationed nearby also flying P-47s.

Lt. Rui Moreira Liman of the First Brazilian Fighter Squadron in his P-47 in Italy. Period photos of the pilots show them using the A-14 mask. Photo from Historylink101.com.PICT1788.jpg.54eea1682be181f76e3c12c909da4fd6.jpg
