Bones Posted February 11, 2009 Share #1 Posted February 11, 2009 I have had this for some time. Finally getting around to showing it. I am not sure but I think it might be ivory. It is yellowing with age. This officer was stationed for a long time in Japan after WW2 and he was stationed in Panama before the war. It has a woven belt that goes with it. I doubt he wore it in official roles, maybe on weekends or off duty. Very finely detailed. Hard to get a good picture of. A little smaller than the friction buckles of the period.
