I already have two 3rd liberty loan banners with one of them having a star. This is my second 4th liberty loan banner and first with a star. I've seen very few examples of one's with the addition of stars, especially this many stars. You guys can refresh my covid riddled memory. If I'm not mistaken that's for hitting the quota? According to a friend and fellow collector. This is a example of a 6th award 4th Liberty Loan banner, probably converted to a 5th Liberty loan, one of the rarest items in my collection, it's going to be hard to find a rarer banner.
