However, the contract could run for a number of months or years in which to be completed (or prematurely cancelled). So, such cans could have been delivered during 1944 or subsequent years as well. BTW, the stinky bore cleaner does a good job, but contains polybiphenal chloride...a known carcinogen. If this were made today it would be banned from retail sales...
