Proud Kraut Posted September 19, 2021 Author Share #12 Posted September 19, 2021 Thank you all very much for your kind feedback, I appreciate it. Here are some more Airborne Panzer Riders I made for him. They are on a ITALERI Sherman tank (which I did not built & painted).
Dogsbody Posted September 19, 2021 Share #13 Posted September 19, 2021 Very nice! I especially like the Jeep scene. May I ask what kind of paints you used? I think you captured the colors of the jump boots very well.
Proud Kraut Posted September 19, 2021 Author Share #14 Posted September 19, 2021 Thanks, I´m using Vallejo acrylic paints. In this case for the uniform # 71.024 "Khaki brown". The figures received a washing with Citadel "Agrax Earthshade". Unfortunately it made the uniforms a little bit too dark.
ArtyScout Posted September 20, 2021 Share #15 Posted September 20, 2021 Very, very nice figures Lars. The figures by the Jeep remind me of the scene in 'Band of Brothers' when remnants of Easy Co. keep arriving just prior to their operation into Carentan. So in the immortal word of Pvt. George Luz; "Remember boys flies cause diseases, so keep yours close." Semper Fi. Manny
