Marked for the Wisconsin 2nd Infantry Regiment, Company M. Has an unusual 1st Lt with no name marking. Looking in some Wisconsin records from 1913-16 I find a JH Kempo (Kampo) was the only 1st Lt for Company M. He later was a Capt. same company when they were mobilized for WW1.
