Found attached to a jacket.  Looks to be Germanade  any info what is it worth?

Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, worn by US forces assigned to NATO HQ in Belgium.  Looks to be from the early 50s.

Stripe is for the new green uniform introduced in 1955, it appears to have a rolled edge which would make that later 50's even early 60's. Is that the feft should? Does the jacket have a tag? and are the buttons flat brown or round green. Patch is great and not seen too often on piece. Great find  Richard
