Got this Vietnam uniform and I would like to find out about the man who wore it. His last name was Brown and from the ghosting on the sleeve, he was a specialist. There is also a airborne patch and I can make out a circle from the ghosting. Anyone know what unit it might be?

Could anyone also give a website links to where you would find info about people

There would hundreds and more of men named BROWN at any one time in the 60s-70s. even with the old Vietnam veteran data base it would be impossible to find, we would only luck out if a  BROWN was an officer and his stuff had his rank and branch insignia still one it, a EM named BROWN!  no real chance.

As to the circular patch that would or could have a AIRBORNE Tab over it, we're drawing a blank.

Yeah finding someone named Brown would be hard. Maybe if we knew his division it would be easier. I already know his rank from the ghosting.
