US Navy Submariner Torpedoman's Uniform with Bullion 1st Class Patches

A pair of uniforms.  One uniform was custom made at Mike's Men's Wear in New London, Connecticut.  This one has a complete lining and zipper change pouch.  A Liberty Japanese dragon embroidered patch along with some decorative stitching too.  The other uniform was USGI and dated 1971.  I realize the bullion patches are for a USN Torpedoman (no longer in use) during the Vietnam war.  The gold was authorized for 12 years plus with a Good Conduct.  Are the 'bullion' torpedoman patches scarce?  Desirable?  Anything you'd like to add?  Thanks for the help.
