militbuff Posted September 3, 2021 Share #1 Posted September 3, 2021 Hi All, picked this up recently along with a bunch of Vietnam War era USAF flight school training patches. Not sure what it stands for. Perhaps the “Tweety” T-37C, which might make sense as the pilot was trained in 1968-69.
Randy Posted September 3, 2021 Share #2 Posted September 3, 2021 If he was in during the 60s, it was the 3645th Flying Training Sq. C Flight. Post 1972, it was used by the 85th FTS as all 4 digit FT units were converted to historically relevant units. Based at Laughlin AFB, TX.
