I've had this for many years. Can someone tell me what this small piston would had been used for?

I would guess that it is from a Navy WW2 warplane ?

 

I don't know ??? Just a guess. If its very small maybe not?

 

I wonder where that name would lead to?

I believe it was something I picked up locally,  so may have some luck on the name.  I had given this to my son years ago, and it recently came back into my possession.  Thanks for any advice,  Ken
