WWII Patch On Ike Jacket & Shirt

Found two different versions of the same patch.  The one on the WWII dated Ike jacket looks kind of silly, the blue background is felt and the eagle is facing right.  The one on the shirt has much more detail and the eagle faces left.  Also, the shirt has a 106th Division patch too.  Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the help.  Unfortunately, the Ike has met up with some hungry moth larva and silverfish.
