Army of Occupation Porto Rico Medal to Lt. Col. James B. Taylor

This medal just found a new home on the left coast. Here are some recent pictures. An attributed PR Occupation was the last item on my Army campaign medal "bucket list".

Here's the medal roll that attributes it to Lt.Col. James S. Taylor, however I think there is an error in the roll and the middle initial should be "B.".

This appears to be the officer to whom the medal was issued. His qualifying service was with the 16th PA Infantry.
