Naval Amphibious Landing force patch lot opinion

Hello

Is the Naval Landing force patch WW2 era?  The Petty officer rank is dated 1944 .  What does the red bar indicate.  They were taken off a uniform of a ww2 vet a while back.

yes they seem to be WW2 issue  the red stripe is for 4 years of service   worn on the forearm of the uniform in this case a jumper the left sleeve.
