It's a civilian snowmobile patch. There were a whole series of these. I believe the yellow bird represented Ski Doo, the cat was for Arctic Cat. All these had one brand attacking the other, there are many more variations. I've discussed this on the forum a couple times I think, as they keep popping up and they do look cool.
