Unknown bag help needed

Have any of you ever seen a bag like this, OD green canvas, to lift the dot snaps, 12 x 11 in size. It is marked on the front BAG 6528514 MRT

i’m guessing the MRT may be mildew resistant treated. I can’t find any information related to the number on the bag.

Any help would be appreciated.
