A modified shoulder holster for the Victory Pistol, it's had a semi-circular piece cut out to expose the trigger and guard. The cut portion looks to be the same age as the holster, so likely done shortly after getting the holster. A Victory Pistol fits right in the holster with the cut out so I don't think it was made for a different type pistol. On the strap there is the extra piece to hold the ammunition. I don't know if it is factory done or later after issue, but it looks as old as the holster. Even with the cut out it was a reasonable price, so I'm happy with it. Comments are welcome.
