Any idea what this beast is made by Rheems in Philadelphia ?

This is model made by the Rheems Manufacturing Company and depicts a prototype of a turret they designed for the Army.

 

I know that Rheems made several T series oscillating tank turrets but I could not find one with this turret.

 

Anyone recognize it and provide an ID?
