dede6250 Posted August 14, 2021 Share #1 Posted August 14, 2021 Hello Here is a combination that I was given. I would like to identify the model, that is to say who it was intended for and I am looking for a photo of the complete outfit so that I can complete it later. If you had any idea of the patch on it too. Thanks in advance. FriarChuck Posted August 14, 2021 Share #3 Posted August 14, 2021 It’s a standard issue basic flight suit model that is still issued by the Air Force today. Your’s look a little older than mine (first issued around 2009). I have not figured out how to translate those contract numbers to determine dates. The patch combination makes me think that it was only ever used for civilian/law enforcement use. Air Force and Navy usually have patch Velcro or patches sewn directly to both shoulder as well. The patch looks like it was from some sort of flight school. Hope this points you in right direction

The OP flight suit here is a surplus suit which is why the contract number has been marked out. Cant read it clearly but looks like it might say DLA100-90-C-#### which would make this one a 1990 contract suit. The velcro on that right breast is certainly not done by the military unising 1 inch strips. Usually you see 1 whole piece of velcro or sometimes 2 halves and not very frequently. No clue on the name plate there.
FriarChuck Posted August 14, 2021 Share #5 Posted August 14, 2021 Mohawk, Attached you’ll find tags from my 2009 and 2019 issued flights suits. I’ll let you guess which one is which. Thanks for your help! Friar
