What does the prefix FV stand for on a 1960's dog tag?

Airforce prefix and suffix codes:  FV    Air Force    Prefix    Used by Air Force Reserve officers and warrant officers

FV = Air Force Reserve Officers, and Warrant Officers.  I don’t think the Army was using the Txx (Tetanus Toxiod  + 2. Digit year designator in the ‘60s.
