Tonomachi Posted August 10, 2021 Share #1 Posted August 10, 2021 Here are three photos of Robert L. Reynolds who served during WW2 in Glider Infantry and got out of the Army after the war in 1945. He reenlisted in the Army in 1947 where he changed his MOS from Infantry to Ordnance. He has three unit citation ribbons above the right pocket. The first is the Army Presidential Unit Citation, the second is the Korean Presidential Unit Citation but the third is the one I need help with as it looks like an upside down Navy Presidential Unit Citation. However to my knowledge Robert L. Reynolds did not served in the Navy, Marine Corps or US Coast Guard. Does anyone know what this is?
Bruce Linz Posted August 10, 2021 Share #2 Posted August 10, 2021 Hello, It looks like an upside down Navy Presidential Unit Citation ribbon to me. You would need to figure out what units he was assigned to, then determine if they were awarded the Navy PUC. Good Luck. joeclown Posted August 10, 2021 Share #4 Posted August 10, 2021 A shot in the dark but maybe some sort of ordnance connection with Marines in Korea?
