3" by 2 1/4" US flag over a ROC & a South VN Flag. What Is It ? How Old?

 Found in deceased Vets Storage Unit.  What is it, a puzzle to me.  Also a Big Red 1 with it.  Back sewing looks very crude.  Richard

basically a souvenir type patch that reperesents the countries the vet may have served or stationed in at some point. the flag patch was made overseas and is vietnam "era" 

These can be seen sewn on tour jackets, poncho liner jacket. Even sewn tot he sides of the camo or OD cowboy hats.

Thanks  I guess it is not as good as I had hoped.  I bought all those decals stickers and stripes to get it and a couple of 1940-50 patches.  Oh well if I can find someone who wants it and the big red 1 what can I get?  Richard
