Talbott (Dr.) (Edward M. Talbott) The lot came with his 1895 undress frock coat? 1902 Dress uniform Mess dress uniform Khaki uniform I think this is his letter to the US Army Surgeon General about his career. https://collections.nlm.nih.gov/bookviewer?PID=nlm:nlmuid-2933044RX143-leaf I think that is a photo of him I found as a new LT and a post ww1 LTC. Can anybody help with the ribbons? I think they are #1 not sure #2 Mexican Border Service #3 WW1 victory #4 Maybe army of occupation of Germany medal??? I wonder if it is a case of he thought he was authorized to wear as he was in the Philippines, or an administrative error. As I am rather new to conducting research on veterans.
