Tonybulldog Posted July 19, 2021 Share #1 Posted July 19, 2021 My Great Uncle Charles Nathan Brown (Pat) was a Master Sergeant in Co C , 5th Bn, 19th Special Forces Group at Fort Missoula. He was a Senior Parachutist, a Jump Master and Special Forces Qualified. He was a World War 2 Veteran. He died in 1975 while working for Montana Power and I was only 4 months old so I don't remember him. He was also a Scout Master. Another Great man! Cobra 6 Actual Posted July 20, 2021 Share #2 Posted July 20, 2021 Thanks for posting. Rest in peace, Soldier. Have you researched him any further yet?
stratasfan Posted July 20, 2021 Share #3 Posted July 20, 2021 Super fun! Thanks for sharing . . . is that a meaningful backdrop (that black or blue fabric)? I've not done it yet, but I'm dying to do a display and use a piece of a uniform or something. :)
Cobra 6 Actual Posted July 20, 2021 Share #4 Posted July 20, 2021 For a Vietnam vet I would suggest using an olive drab or tiger stripe background. (Probably olive drab, since tiger stripe may tend to camouflage [no pun intended] some of the displayed items.)
