i got this hallmark on a sharpshooter badge it reads [ The Robbins co ] is this the same hallmark as [ Robbins co. ] and what would be the era

That is the hallmark of Bell Trading Post.  The hallmark is a drawing of a signpost with an arrow for the cross piece.  The arrow has a rectangular frame hanging from it with a bell hanging from the frame.

 

According to Michael F. Tucker's book Combat Infantryman Badge 1943 to 1975, this hallmark first used in January 1961.

 

To me this indicates that your badge dates from the early to mid-1960s.

The DSA indicates 1967.

 

 

Thats super cool to see one on a card, I’ve never seen one like it before!
