Nice apparently unworn khaki uniform shirt.  Has a pencil pen holder sewn inside the left pocket.  Printing under the collar appears to read...

H-2585  S-1964-53

H-2585 is probably a cutter number as its stamped on most of the fabric pieces on the inside of the shirt.  Military or commercial?  Many Thanks in advance.

Looks GI, mid 60s., check around on the inside of the shirt tail front, see if there are any other stamps or tags, also idf any insignia was ever sewn to it. That H-2585 your seeing in the places maybe is a Laundry Number, first letter of man's last name, and last four didgets of his serial number. lots of guys stamped them all over the place
