KommandoPost Posted July 18, 2021 Share #1 Posted July 18, 2021 I found a few T-shirts like this at a thrift store: They look like they are supposed to commemorate a recent deployment to the Palkhana Mountains in northern Iraq where there are some ISIS (Daesh) holdouts. Here are the two references I could find to fighting in that period: https://www.thenationalnews.com/world/mena/the-new-beginning-of-isis-how-the-militant-group-is-using-iraq-s-blind-spot-to-rise-again-1.948971 https://www.stateoig.gov/system/files/lig_oir_q2_mar2020_gold_508_0513.pdf I don't know if it would be possible to figure out which unit this was made for since it's such a recent event (as of the time of this writing). The eagle is the logo of the company that made the shirts, Trigidae: https://trigidae.com/
