Hello all, I picked up this patch earlier and have been trying to identify it all afternoon. I've looked in my books, online, on the forum, etc and I cannot find an ID for this one. Does anyone recognize it?

This design was approved by the CNO in Sept 1952 and used until July 1961. Superseded by the "King Neptune" and the "Golden Pelicans" designs.
