Whatt is it,, 60mm M2 mortar round?

I was given this mortar round today and I am wondering what the numbers on it mean. First just above the fins is 1WH-1-37-67-60MM-M2 and second on the base is MA 2-34 2-68 M32. I'm guessing the round is from 1967 and the primer is from 1968. So what do the codes mean?

It's the bottom half of a 60mm illumination round.

In the crate, top row, middle, 60mm illumination mortar, white colored. You have the tail section.
