Thank you in advance for your help. I also have one of these patches and have been trying to learn more about it. From my research, including accounts from former members I believe that it was a mixed civilian and military club that was in existence since at least 1970, and headed by a retired USAF Lt. Col. named Richard Carson out of Bangkok. Most jumps were done at Kanchanaburi although they were also involved with the 'Mitrapab' jumps organised by the 46th SF Co's Sport Parachute Club, who in the early years also helped with air support for the club. Between January 1972 thru December 1973 (and possibly up to August 1974) the club had it's own aircraft, a Cessna 182G registration number HS-PCA(1). This aircraft had its own interesting history, being previously used by Continental Air Services (CAS) in Laos. On 18 September 1970 it was hijacked by Robert Joseph Keesee who had it fly him to Dong Hoi in North Vietnam where he was taken prisoner (released 14 March 1973). The Thai crew were released and allowed to fly back to Bangkok. Still trying to find more info about it and when I do, I'll let you know Jules
