i have this pin brooch B-25 mitchell bomber plane i don't know the maker of it, can you help with this

It's been my experience that when an item has Silver Hallmarks, it's usually an English piece..

Is the L-I possibly for Lordship Industries?

 

Also, I would not necessarily say this is a B-25.  It could represent any number of twin engine aircraft including some British designs if the pin is from the UK.

L-I is the maker's mark

925 indicates Sterling 

the 3rd stamp is a London Import mark applied to foreign silver

The Q is for 1951

 

So from the hardware and STERLING stamp, I'm guessing US made, but imported into the UK in 1951.
