Likely altered by the Holly Springs arsenal by brazing on a striker onto the cock. Similar examples are seen perfomed on Hall rifles. A drum bolster with new cone to complete the alteration. The musket was probably displayed in a G.A.R. hall and received the "Rebel Souvenir" label.
