I like early aviation history and I like early radios so it made me happy to find this WWI air service document for completing a radio training course. I couldn't find anything on James Melvin Hughes (too common name) but I found both officers that signed at the bottom. Poor Winfred E Paschall died in a car accident in the early 30s.
