LuftStalg1 Posted June 25, 2021 Share #2 Posted June 25, 2021 Never! It seems to be a casting with that nice clear parting line on the edge. I can not think of any reason or meaning for it. Being a casting I can not see how it would be an error or mistake. The marking on the wing had to be intentionally placed there in the process as it is not something that you can accidentally do in casting. It is just bizarre to me.
