beezman Posted February 6, 2009 Share #2 Posted February 6, 2009 This has been discussed on a French forum. We think it is used in a device intended for young children who learn walking. gwb123 Posted February 7, 2009 Share #5 Posted February 7, 2009 Geez, I am glad somebody else identified this. I was thinking it looked like some sort of garment for a very small person. It is the right proportion for a baby, and that lining material at the top definitely does not look military. Apparently after the Vietnam War there was an abundance of cammo material that was left that was put to "non-military" uses.
