Bodes,

Thank you for posting the pictures. Very nice uniform. I found her picture in my WASP book. She was in Class 44-4 from Milwaukee, WI.

Very nice!

I do have a question on the wings...  I’ve never noticed a “copyright” logo on the back.  Is this correct?

The wings are reproductions.

The seller stated in his description that the insignia was on it when he obtained it...I know that doesn't make them real, so I will leave that to those more knowledgeable than myself when it comes to WASP wings.....Bodes

I have 5 original Josten wings and 3 came straight from the original owners. The set of wings on the ebay auction may have come with the uniform,

but they are not WWII Josten wings. Josten did not use a copy right symbol in WWII.

Interesting- I never knew that.  WASP wing badge was copyrighted by the Order of Fifinella (OOF) 6 December 1978.
Copyright was later registered with the WASP WWII when the OOF was dissolved.
