sigsaye Posted June 8, 2021 Share #1 Posted June 8, 2021 Got this from a Signalman fb page I’m on. Owner said he got this 52 years ago when he made SM3. I haven’t been able to get any more info. But, it looks like it was made in Subic, (Olongapo), Philippines. We would get these made in shops off base. Note the applied chevron. You can still make out some of the blue chambray color from the chambray. Back then, our shirts faded horribly and fast. Boiling your shirt in a ships laundry, then tossing it in a 600 degree dryer, tended to do that. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
