USAF 343d Strategic Reconnaissance Squadron Patch on SAF L-2B Flying Jacket

This appears to be a squadron or unit patch of some sort sewn to a USAF Blue Anchor L-2B flying jacket.  Based on the era of the jacket, I assume its from the 1950s through 1960s.  Any help with identifying the patch would be appreciated!

A nice large oldie! (343d SRS) Forbes AFB, KS RB-47 '50s-'66. Offutt AFB, NE RC-135 '66-. Great jacket!
