What I can offer, is that the artwork on the cover appears to be the logo for the Dead Kennedys band, which was not formed until the late 70s. Good call man .... didn't know we had some Punk Rockers around here. Def not done during Vietnam War .... They also didn't really gain prominence until the 80s anyway.
