USMC Dress Blue tunic 1921-1922 dated

Hello all, 

   Picked up this nice Marine tunic last week with quartermaster markings and dated 1921-1922. Missing EGA’s and appears to have had Sgt. chevrons at one time, now removed. 
    Named to two marines in sleeve linings and was wondering if any of my fellow Forum friends may know where and on which ship these men had served.

    J. C. Fulton and J. Vanderhoof.

Can't find any Vanderhoof, but Fulton might be this guy:

Good Saturday morning Mark. Thank you so very much for taking your time and effort to locate this Marine. This is most probably the man as you say, all the dates line up and the initials too. I do so very much appreciate your help in putting an ID to this jacket. Now I have my summer project to try to expand on this Marine’s service record.
