Just added another interesting small arms ammo box to my collection. This time it's a 1924 Frankford Arsenal National Match 20-round box of .45ACP. I've seen post-war 50-round boxes of M1911 NM, but never a 1920s version in 20-rounds. Thought I would share with you cartridge collectors. It has  a nicely marked label.

Does anyone have other examples of the interwar .45 caliber National Match cartons that could post photos? There was a lot of label variations on the regular production cartons during that time period and was wondering if the NM labels did the same.

Thanks for the photos. That's a nice clean box as well. Good to see similar markings on the top.

Very nice boxes, Silverplate and FredH.  You guys have now given me something else to add to my Want List.

Charlie
