tarheeltim Posted May 22, 2021 Share #1 Posted May 22, 2021 Has anyone ever seen this type of WWII Kerr NoBuckL sling? This sling has olive drab webbing (instead of khaki) and absolutely no markings of any kind. It looks period, and too well made to be a repro. I was wondering if they may have made these in WWII for the Thompson SMG or other applications.
retread12345 Posted May 22, 2021 Share #2 Posted May 22, 2021 NO EXPERT. Could be foreign make, with no markings and parked finish.
tommatt3 Posted May 23, 2021 Share #3 Posted May 23, 2021 The WWII M3 ,short "Kerr" type sling for the sub-machine guns was of dark material and unmarked. There are replicas of those out there also.....
jsalberry92 Posted August 1, 2021 Share #4 Posted August 1, 2021 I once saw once like this that had a 1952 or 1953 MRT date.
