Saddle Identification Help Needed: 1904 McClellan

Any help with identification and value is appreciated.

Its the Military McClellan  model saddle. Looks like a 1904 pattern. The plate on the front will tell which version/seat size as it may say 11 inch or 12 inch. If you search the forum there are several topics on the saddles.

Looks like some of the straps have been replaced. Can't tell if it has stirrups or not. Or Hooded stirrups or not. 

A better complete picture would be helpful. It is also missing the coat straps, which a of them lot are.
