I saw this overrall fourm in korea(forum+ market) is it real vietnam war coverall or just fake?.

US Victory Museum

The label has a commercial RN Number.   It's a set of civilian coveralls, not military contracted, or issued.

I think so but the guy said it is real vietnam item so I just confused .

Agree with the other members.  Commercial coveralls with added embroidery to fool people into believing it was a Vietnam era item.  Not Vietnam used in any way, shape, or form.  No good.
